Telling a Complex Story

Sometimes being unique can be a challenge.

McLean Robbins and I talked about how it’s difficult to succinctly describe what they do at MBO Partners.

One of their customer segments is independent professionals. People whose day-to-day is complex. That means how they use the MBO platform is also going to be complex.

The other side of their business is enterprise clients who engage those independent professionals.

Lots of moving parts.

Throw in content, research, and advocacy…and things get even more complicated.
