Stephen Shapiro is constantly exploring new ways to build his brand.
I like trying a lot of different concepts. I try to keep the investments relatively low when possible, so that if it doesn’t take off, it’s not like we’ve lost a lot of money.
But everything’s an experiment. I don’t know what’s going to work.
I love that word experiment, because I think that’s the key with a lot of what I do. I just try things out, and I’m hoping that I can try it out in a cost effective way that will produce some results.
