Sometimes the best way to take 3 steps forward is to take a step back — especially when it comes to focusing your brand and messaging.
When I launched The Red Thread Messaging Podcast back in June of 2022, my goal was to share marketing professionals’ advice on messaging and positioning.
Recently, that vision expanded to include interviews with founders, and share their marketing advice with other founders.
But that left me with a bit of a dilemma…
Where the show is heading looks a lot different than where it started.
So…
Time for a rebrand! New name + better alignment with my evolving vision for the show.
My point? It’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to make adjustments on the fly. It’s okay to admit that your current vision for your business doesn’t quite perfectly match your original vision.
Growth requires change, and change is often messy!
